Our fast-growing and purpose-driven company is looking for a full time Lead Project Coordinator.

Are you a proactive and motivated self-starter, who can manage multiple projects with thoughtfulness and a keen eye for details?

We are looking for someone who will join our incredible dream team and take full ownership for creating objectives toward developing the Lead Project Coordinator role. This role leads the client through the material journey of a project, as well as, woks with vendors to negotiate bids and set the project up for success.

The successful candidate has a proven track record of excellent communication skills and experience with tight deadlines. This position goes above and beyond to keep this process simple for the client. The successful candidate is coordinating materials and bids on time, accurate quantities are being ordered and communicated with vendors, and clear communication is being made with the team and the client at all times. This role works closely with the company's sales team to ensure all deadlines are being met. This candidate enjoys woking with numbers an is extremely comfortable within a spreadsheet.

Requirements / Experience Wanted:
+ Strength with basic formulas and functions in Excel
+ Strong mathematical skills with regards to geometrical calculations and reviewing for accuracy
+ Highly organized and detail oriented in following schedules and anticipating schedules
+ Data driven analytical thinker
+ Experience in the construction industry and basic knowledge of construction material
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ 1-2 years experience of project management or admin work
+ Not an entry-level position
+ Salary $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
