Material costs are now shifting not month-to-month, but sometimes day-to-day. That’s a challenge for procurement and planning—but it’s also why our process is designed to minimize disruptions. Before construction begins, we ask that most materials are secured and ready to go. This helps ensure that your project doesn’t stall midway, with your home caught in a holding pattern. We don’t want you (or us) stuck in a waiting game.
We’re not economists, and we can’t predict the market. But we have seen what happened during COVID: prices surged, and many never came back down. If that gives you pause, we understand. Waiting might be the right choice for some.
